FROM STUDY TO ENTREPRENEUR

Alicia Linz is going to share with you her journey to becoming an entrepreneur and founding her label „Alicia Victoria“. After her bachelor's degree in 2017, she started to work independently. With 3,000 Euro starting capital and a lot of motivation. 

She has a background in Garment Engineering and Fashion and Design Management and founded Alicia Victoria with the aim of creating leather goods that are produced in a transparent and consistently traceable supply chain, putting animal welfare at the core. 

Their mission: to stop the waste of leather rawhide and to enable the consistent use of leather with their concept. That's why they use the entire raw leather hide for their bags and prevent valuable material from going to waste. 

They collaborate with Demeter farms and the Ecological Hunting Association, strengthening regional opportunities and circulating existing resources.

Due to the high-quality materials and workmanship and their elegant, timeless design, our bags are designed to last.
